1. Drink plenty water

Ø Water hydrates the skin and flushes toxins out of the body

Ø Now, water can get a bit boring, trust me, I know. You can always add a few things to spice it up, like lemon or cucumber slices, they give the water a nice flavor and enhance your glow at the same time, that’s defs a win-win situation.

2. Reduce your diary intake

Ø Now, if you’re someone who struggles with acne, you might want to consider ditching it completely.

Ø Make sure it’s mostly vegetables with just little fruit to help with the flavor

- Add some cucumber, ginger, and lemon or lime

- Cucumber for eye puffiness

- Ginger is an anti-inflammatory

- Lemon or lime for hydration

4. Stay away from sugar

Ø Sugar is a pro inflammatory, which can lead to signs of premature aging, so if you want super smooth skin, I advise you steer clear

Ø It also tends to aggravate acne, because it causes hormonal imbalance

5. Watch your caffeine intake

Ø Caffeine can be very dehydrating, so consume moderately

6. Avocado

Ø Whether you’re using it as a face mask, or you’re eating it, this fruit does wonders for the skin.

Ø It contains antitoxins and vitamins E and C, it improves skin texture, tone and also boosts skin vitality

7. Enjoy yogurt

Ø The bacteria in yogurt will regulate your skin’s PH helping with radiance
